Overview

• The Allerair 5000W-VOCARB (with the Kanaduct interlock flex hose arm) air filtration system, air cleaner, air purifier, air scrubber - great for capturing, filtering, large airborne dust particles as well as fine dust, respirable dust particles down to .3 micron size. 
• As a standard feature, it comes with 18 pounds of  VOCARB special blend activated charcoal / carbon filter for chemical fumes, soldering fumes, chemical odor / gases, smoke odor, and other airborne chemical gaseous contaminants.

Filtration - Multi-Stage Filtration

• Pre-filter to capture large particles of dust
• 99% particulate HEPA filter to capture, trap, remove, respirable size particles as small as .3 microns
• Large main activated charcoal / carbon filter that holds 18 pounds of special VOCARB blend activated charcoal / carbon media for adsorbing, removing and/or reducing chemical fumes, chemical gases, odors

Points to remember when using activated carbon, activated charcoal filter equipped air cleaner air purifiers air filtration systems

• The slower the air flow the more efficient, more effective the activated carbon filter works in removing, reducing the chemical fumes, toxic gases, odors, released by chemical products used in nail salons (beauty salons, hair salons).
• The thicker the activated carbon filter bed (depth of carbon filter bed) the better (3 5/8 inches in our DX models).
• The more activated carbon, activated charcoal the better.
